Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise SharePoint Online sites.
- Create modern communication and team sites supporting organizational collaboration.
- Design intuitive page layouts and site navigation.
- Establish governance standards for site architecture and information management.
- Ensure SharePoint environments remain secure, scalable, and compliant.
- Monitor platform health and recommend improvements.
- Design and implement automated business workflows using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop Power Automate flows to streamline manual business processes.
- Create PowerApps solutions supporting business operations.
- Develop Power BI dashboards to improve operational visibility.
- Utilize Power Virtual Agent to enhance customer self-service capabilities.
- Evaluate business processes for automation opportunities.
- Meet with customers to understand business objectives and operational challenges.
- Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Develop solution recommendations aligned with enterprise standards.
- Produce functional specifications and process documentation.
- Validate proposed solutions with stakeholders before implementation.
- Develop enterprise content management strategies.
- Ensure SharePoint content remains accurate, current, and relevant.
- Create governance processes for document lifecycle management.
- Improve searchability and information architecture.
- Recommend content organization standards across business units.
- Respond to enterprise-wide technical inquiries.
- Provide Tier II and Tier III SharePoint support.
- Troubleshoot site configuration and permission issues.
- Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate SharePoint solution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout issue resolution.
- Create knowledge articles addressing recurring customer issues.
- Develop reusable solution documentation.
- Maintain standard operating procedures.
- Build self-service documentation that reduces recurring support requests.
- Develop test plans for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
- Validate workflow automation prior to production deployment.
- Perform functional and regression testing.
- Document testing results and implementation recommendations.
- Manage ServiceNow incidents and service requests.
- Document issue resolution activities.
- Maintain SLA compliance.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Track work items through completion.
- Partner closely with: Business Owners, Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Microsoft 365 Administrators, Developers, Information Security, Project Managers and Service Desk Teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM platform).
- Experience in Incident Management.
- Experience in Knowledge Management.
- Experience with Basic web technologies.
- Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals.
- Experience in Low-code/no-code development Basic scripting and coding skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent PLUS 5 Years of experience.
- Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

- The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.Â

- Remote, USA.
- Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST).

Pay Range:
- The pay for this position ranges from $52,730 to $65,500.
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
- Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
