  • Follow SOPs, policies, and theft-prevention protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Show sensitivity while addressing customer concerns and use good judgment in difficult situations.


    • Requirements

    ā— Min HSC 2 years of retail experience/ Graduates with 2 years
    of experience in retail.
    ā— Must be above 20 years of age and below 35 years of age.
    ā— Basic computer skills and microsoft office
    ā— Proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently
    ā— Experience in providing exceptional customer service and
    building strong customer relationships
    ā— Experience in mentoring team members
    ā— Experience in handling cash transactions and inventory
    management
    ā— Proficient in POS systems and other relevant retail
    technologies
    ā— Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
    ā— Positive and enthusiastic attitude
    ā— Excellent presentation and grooming standards
    ā— Flexibility and adaptability to work varied shifts
