A diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field is required, along with a minimum of 3–5 years' experience in STP/WWTP maintenance, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
The position emphasizes adherence to HSE standards and requires strong leadership, reporting, and communication skills.
The salary for this role is competitive, and a valid Qatar driving license is preferred.

Plan, schedule, and oversee PM activities for pumps, blowers, valves, and SGW treatment equipment

Supervise a team of technicians/operators on shift, assigning tasks and monitoring completion

Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment faults and initiate corrective actions

Maintain PM logs, checklists, and maintenance records for audit/compliance purposes

Ensure adherence to HSE standards during all maintenance activities

Liaise with client engineers/operations team on plant status and maintenance updates

Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement needs with the maintenance team

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field

Minimum 3–5 years' experience in STP/WWTP maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role

Familiarity with SGW systems, pumps, and treatment plant equipment

Valid Qatar driving license preferred

Strong leadership, reporting, and communication skills
