Job Summary**
Primoris Energy Services is seeking dedicated Cleaning Laborers/Helpers to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our various site locations. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe and presentable working environment for all personnel.
Job Responsibilities**
* Perform a variety of cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
* Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
* Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
* Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
* Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and pressure washers.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
* Assist with setting up and tearing down equipment or materials as needed.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
* May perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Prior experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is a plus.
* Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
* Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, stooping, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and standing for extended periods.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
* Willingness to work in various environmental conditions common to construction or industrial sites.
