Sonic Summary

The job requires a candidate to develop and maintain an understanding of insurance processes and DuckCreek applications, including Policy, Billing, and Claims.
The individual will review QA Test Plans, advise on necessary changes, and document feedback from client users during review sessions.
Responsibilities include maintaining QA Test Plans and defect issues in Microsoft Azure, as well as conducting demo sessions with users throughout the project stages.
The candidate will create weekly statistics on QA Testing progress and collaborate with the application development team to address reported issues.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in QA Testing and a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year are required for this position.

Job Duties:

Develop and maintain an understanding of the insurance processes for which test applications are prepared.
Develop complete understanding of all DuckCreek applications i.e. Policy, Billing and Claims.
Review QA Test Plans created by QA team and advise, if any changes are required.
Conduct review sessions of QA test plans with client users and document feedback.
Maintain QA Test Plans and defect issues in Microsoft Azure.
Conduct demo sessions with users to review developed application at different stages of project.
Create weekly statistics of QA Testing progress, defects and other issues.
Work with application development team to provide more details on issues reported by QA Team.

Work with Automation Tool team to develop automated scripts for regression testing of applications
