Job DetailsLevel: ManagementJob Location: Connecticut - -, CT 00000Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DaySQA Manager provides leadership, testing oversight, and release readiness support for enterprise technology initiatives. This role will serve as the primary QA point of coordination among business stakeholders, project teams, and Quality Management, while guiding QA Analysts and ensuring consistent testing practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Lead and coordinate QA activities across multiple projects and stakeholders. Develop and maintain Test Strategies, Test Plans, schedules, and testing deliverables. Oversee functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensure requirements traceability and adequate test coverage. Lead defect triage and monitor defect resolution, trends, and quality risks. Review QA deliverables and monitor testing progress and quality metrics. Identify testing risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Assess release readiness and provide recommendations regarding production readiness. Prepare and present QA status reports, dashboards, and quality updates. Participate in governance, project, and release planning meetings. Provide hands-on QA support when required.  Qualifications 7+ years of software QA/testing experience, including experience leading QA activities. Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, test planning, test execution, and defect management. Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, requirements traceability, and release readiness. Experience with enterprise test management and defect tracking tools. Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills. Experience supporting complex enterprise or government technology projects preferred. Consulting experience a plus
