Speech Language Pathologist

Lacamas Creek Post Acute is excited to welcome a caring and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to our rehabilitation team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function while working in a positive and supportive environment.

Compensation and Incentives

• $40 to $65 per hour
• $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Hires
• Sign on bonus paid quarterly

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapy services related to speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Work closely with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress
• Educate residents and families regarding treatment goals and care plans
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Washington
• Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or post acute experience preferred but not required
• Full time status required for sign on bonus eligibility
