Title: Sr. Investment Operations Analyst
Location: RemoteÂ
Position Summary
The Sr. Investment Operations Analyst supports investment reporting, risk and compliance activities, and the day-to-day administration of the investment portfolio. This role serves as a key contact for investment data and operational requests, monitors investment activity, and supports reporting and documentation across public and private investments.Â
Key Responsibilities
- Execute investment reporting activities related to risk and compliance management of investment holdings.
- Serve as a primary contact for investment data requests and resolution of operational issues.
- Compile data for Board and Investment & Finance (I&F) reporting, including bond and derivative spread monitoring.
- Review daily trade reports, unsettled trades, unrealized gain/loss reports, watchlists, public asset valuations, Bloomberg ratings, and other investment reports.
- Support monitoring of National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) pronouncements and related investment requirements.
- Assist with private asset pricing and valuation activities.
- Coordinate documentation and communications related to investment subscription agreements.
- Provide operational and administrative support for alternative investments, commercial mortgage loans (CMLs), derivatives, and other investment activities.
- Maintain and enhance front- and middle-office procedures to support SOX compliance, disaster recovery requirements, and continuous process improvement.
- Partner with investment managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely investment information.Â
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Relevant investment operations or investment management experience may be considered in lieu of a business-related degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, investment operations, or investment management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.

Salary Range: $66,500.00 - $92,000.00Â
- Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
