Role Purpose
The Senior Manager, Planning Analytics, AI & Transformation will lead the modernization of Demand Planning capabilities through analytics, automation, AI enablement, and scalable planning solutions.

This role is responsible for transforming how planning work gets done across Demand Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain by reducing manual processes, improving decision-making speed, and building modern planning capabilities that support long-term scalability.

 Aligned to MGA’s broader Technology Transformation strategy, this role will help shift the organization away from legacy, spreadsheet-driven workflows toward a modern, capability-driven planning environment powered by automation, data, and AI.

 This is not a traditional reporting or support role. This role is accountable for building practical solutions that improve operational efficiency, forecast quality, visibility, and execution across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Build & Scale Modern Planning Capabilities
- Design and build scalable analytics, forecasting tools, dashboards, and automation solutions across Demand Planning
- Develop modern planning capabilities that reduce dependency on manual processes and offline spreadsheet management
- Support the build-out of shared planning platforms, analytics frameworks, and AI-enabled workflows
- Standardize data usage and planning methodologies across Demand, Sales, and Supply teams
Drive Planning Transformation & Automation
- Identify and eliminate repetitive, manual planning work across the organization
- Build automated workflows that improve forecast maintenance, reporting, data consolidation, and risk tracking
- Reduce planning cycle time and improve speed, consistency, and scalability of execution
Enable AI & Advanced Analytics
- Integrate AI and advanced analytics into real-world planning workflows
- Partner with Technology teams and external vendors to operationalize AI capabilities
- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance using measurable business outcomes
Business Integration & Cross-Functional Impact
- Partner directly with Demand Planning, Sales, Supply Planning, Operations, and Commercial teams
- Translate complex data into simple, actionable business insights
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
KPI Development & Planning Performance
- Redefine how planning performance and forecast accuracy are measured
- Improve visibility to true demand signal versus operational noise
- Build reporting and analytics that drive accountability and better business behavior
Experience & Qualifications
- 7–10+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, Business Transformation, or related field
- Strong understanding of retail and consumer product planning environments
- Proven experience building tools, automating workflows, and improving operational processes
- Advanced capabilities in Power BI/Tableau, Excel, SQL/Python preferred
- Experience with planning and ERP systems (Logility, D365, SAP IBP, etc.)
- Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics applications within business operations

Salary:Â
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00
