Sr. Manager / AGM – Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain (Electric CEV) (ID 1402)

1. Strategic Sourcing & Localization: Develop and execute sourcing strategies forcritical EV aggregates, including Lithium-ion battery packs, PMSM motors, MotorControllers, and advanced Hydraulic systems, and all other components from varioussubsystems.

2. Supplier Partnership & Development: Identify and onboard strategicpartners globally and domestically; foster long-term collaborations to ensure technologypre-eminence and priority service.

3. Cost Management (TCO): Lead complex negotiations to secure favorable terms;implement VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) to drive down the total cost ofownership.

4. Supply Chain Resilience: Mitigate risks

5. Inventory & Logistics Excellence: Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, warehouseoperations, and inventory turnover to ensure lean manufacturing principles are met.

6. Regulatory & Sustainability Compliance: Ensure all sourcing activities complywith Indian CEV/EV regulations and sustainability mandates.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering;an MBA in Supply Chain/Operations is highly preferred.

2. Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the Electric Vehicle (EV) powertrainecosystem (Batteries, Motors, Inverters) and Heavy Equipment components (Castings,Fabrications, Hydraulics).

3. Negotiation & Legal: Proven track record in high-value contract negotiations andunderstanding of legal frameworks for international procurement.

4. Certifications: Professional certifications are an advantage.

5. Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams (Sourcing, Planning,Logistics).
