Responsibilities

聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitors staff performance and quality and address any training or performance issues on a regular basis. Perform colleague chair-sides as needed.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensures that all cash received on a daily basis is posted and reconciled to the Bank Deposit.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with leadership and training team to build training plans required to develop a best practice team.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Responsible for day-to-day inventory management of workload.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide assistance / resolution to internal business partner inquiries.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conducts routine quality audits to verify accounts are being worked appropriately such as Unposted, Unidentified Cash and Flags

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Establishes realistic goals and priorities concurrent with organizational objectives.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Act as a technical expert in regards to cash posting requirements, locating EOB/checks, navigating websites related to payment documents.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participates in the activities of new client start-up calls and provides staffing and training.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain a professional attitude and confidentiality.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Analyze and solve problems quickly and thoroughly

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct daily huddles and weekly staff meeting for continued process improvement and staff project knowledge.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Approve timecards, approve/deny colleague PTO and review/approve payroll.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supports Savista鈥檚 Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures

Required qualification & Competencies

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 2+ years of experience in healthcare cash posting, working within healthcare systems.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in Healthcare or with a health care service-related business.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 High school diploma or Ged

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to facilitate and influence decisions by motivating others to achieve excellence in both the quality of work and their approach to teamwork

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to develop and manage relationships with colleagues

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated ability to navigate Microsoft Office programs
