  • Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure and applications to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
  • Administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/latest environments.
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, RADIUS, CA and related components.
  • Handle networking including TCP/IP, VLANs and VPNs.
  • Administer Azure / AWS cloud platforms.
  • Manage backup and disaster recovery activities.
  • Perform automation and administration using PowerShell or Shell scripting.
  • Manage system patching using ManageEngine Endpoint Central / WSUS.
  • Manage Antivirus and XDR solutions such as Trend Micro, Cortex and McAfee.
  • Support Citrix and virtualization environments including VMware, Hyper-V and NetScaler.
  • Manage Microsoft 365, SSO, 2FA and encryption.
  • Monitor infrastructure using tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios and WhatsUpGold.
  • Follow ITIL framework for infrastructure and support processes.


    • Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in system administration and IT infrastructure management.
  • Education: M.Tech / B.Tech / BE / ME / MCA.
  • Certification: MCSE preferred.
  • Strong experience in:
    • Windows Server Administration
    • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, RADIUS, CA
    • TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN
    • Azure / AWS
    • Backup & Disaster Recovery
    • PowerShell / Shell scripting
    • Patch Management / WSUS / Endpoint Central
    • Antivirus & XDR
    • Citrix / VMware / Hyper-V / NetScaler
    • Microsoft 365 / SSO / 2FA / Encryption
    • Infrastructure monitoring tools
    • ITIL framework
  • Good to have: Citrix environment experience and Linux administration knowledge.
