Technology Development Manager / Architect - New York

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technology Development Manager / Architect with strong expertise in system integration, AI/ML solutions, and financial services. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical architecture and development experience with team leadership and people management. The candidate should be able to drive enterprise technology initiatives, lead engineering teams, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise technology solutions.
• Drive system integration across platforms, APIs, third-party systems, and data environments.
• Support and deliver AI/ML-enabled solutions and modern technology initiatives.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams; provide technical and delivery leadership.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders to define and execute roadmaps.

• Ensure solutions meet security, quality, and compliance standards, especially in financial services environments.

  Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development, architecture, or technology leadership roles.
• Strong experience in system integration and enterprise application architecture.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML technologies or AI-driven solution delivery.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry.
• Proven people management and team leadership experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Profile
  A strong technical leader who operates like an Engineering Manager with architecture depth, and can lead both solution design and team execution.
   

• Compensation, Benefits and Duration

  Minimum Compensation: USD 62,000
  Maximum Compensation: USD 217,000
  Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
