This is a remote position.

Tender & Contract Analysis

• Review and analyse tender documentation, specifications, and contractual

requirements.

• Identify project risks, opportunities, and critical success factors.

Bid Strategy & Methodology Development

• Define execution strategies, construction methodologies, and project delivery

approaches.

• Contribute to innovative and value-engineered solutions that strengthen proposal

competitiveness. Cost Estimation & Commercial Support

• Prepare and validate cost estimates covering labor, materials, subcontracting,

equipment, logistics, and site operations.

• Support pricing strategy and commercial proposal development.Supplier & Subcontractor Management

• Evaluate and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.

• Participate in technical and commercial clarifications and negotiations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams.

• Ensure alignment between technical solutions, schedules, budgets, and budgets, and execution.



Requirements

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a

related discipline.

• Proven experience in Tendering, Proposal Engineering, Estimation, or Bid

Management within an industrial EPC environment.

• Strong technical understanding of industrial piping, mechanical systems, energy,

process industries, or industrial construction.

• Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams.
