Job DetailsJob Location: Agua Caliente Gaming Commission - CAPosition Type: Full TimeJOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Cleans and maintains Tribal Properties indoor and outdoor premises by performing the following. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) Keeps conference rooms, copy rooms, break areas, lobby, stairways, elevator, parking garage, offices, and parking areas clean as instructed or by assigned schedules. Keeps trash containers clean and empty. Cleans all carpeting on a schedule and on as needed basis. Cleans walls, ceilings, sidewalks, parking areas, TVs vents, using ladder as necessary. Cleans lobby areas and lounge areas, including furniture and equipment. General floor care as needed (i.e. strip, wax, sweeps, mops, vacuums floors, cleans carpets). Assists in moving general storage items, furniture, equipment and any other items/supplies as needed. Keeps windows and door sidelights clean. Cleans public and employee bathrooms; replenishes supplies. Cleans Administrative, and Tribal offices including washing furniture and equipment by assigned schedule or as needed. Removes litter from parking lots and nearby areas to maintain a clean and neat environment. Clean parking garage by sweeping and or pressure washing to maintain a sand and dust fee environment. GAMING EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIREDQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
