Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a dedicated Transplant Coordinator to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals committed to saving and enhancing lives through organ donation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of organ donation and transplantation processes.

  • Collaborate with transplant centers, surgeons, and donor families to facilitate timely and successful organ recoveries and transplants.

  • Provide education and support to families during the transplant process with compassion and professionalism.

  • Manage logistics including organ allocation, transportation, and regulatory documentation.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete records in accordance with hospital, regulatory, and legal guidelines.

  • Participate in the 24/7 on-call schedule for organ offer evaluations and case management.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN), Paramedic, Respiratory Therapist, or other healthcare background preferred.

  • Prior experience in critical care, emergency medicine, surgical services, or transplant coordination is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle sensitive, emotionally charged interactions.

  • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
