About the Role
Basic Purpose: Â Currently the position involves handling all coolants and oils for all machines, operating forklifts, as well as the performance of any other maintenance utility duties as requested.
Shift: 2nd
Pay: $18.00

Must be currently eligible and authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing indefinite basis.
Must be able to continuously meet the Company’s production requirements.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with continuous interruptions.
Must have good oral and written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work.
Ability to follow instructions, written and verbal.
Ability to communicate with all Company employees in a businesslike and professional manner.
Ability to appropriately handle stress and interact with others.
Must be able to occasionally sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, push and pull, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel.
Must have aptitude required to understand and apply directions for operating various machinery.
Ability to read blueprints.
Ability to use gauges and other measuring equipment to ensure quality work.
TOP ACTUAL TASKS:
Carry out all waste products from the Plant and dispose of properly (coolants, chips, pallets, cleaners).
Refill machines with coolants that have been mixed properly.
Complete all paper work correctly and in a timely manner.
Drive company car to run errands off of Company premises on occasion.
Rebuild pneumatic pumps as needed.
A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
