Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Â Â
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of assigned department(s), ensuring alignment with company vision, financial goals, and service standardsÂ
Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing leadership teams and team members to foster engagement, accountability, and professional growthÂ
Lead the execution of company and departmental initiatives by converting strategic objectives into actionable plans with defined performance indicatorsÂ
Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and operational performance metrics; drive cost-efficiency while maintaining quality and complianceÂ
Serve as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners to align departmental efforts with enterprise-wide prioritiesÂ
Promote a strong guest service culture by designing and maintaining service standards and resolving escalated concerns with sound judgmentÂ
Develop and implement player acquisition and retention strategies, including expanding the player database and cultivating long-term business relationships with key guestsÂ
Analyze statistical and financial data to identify profitable growth opportunities and guide tactical decision-makingÂ
Review host performance regularly, establish tiered goals, and coach for improved results in line with business prioritiesÂ
Oversee payroll and related administrative duties to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsÂ
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the positionÂ
Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standardsÂ

QualificationsÂ
5+ years of Player Development experience; includes leadership or progressive responsibility within a hotel/casino settingÂ
Demonstrated success in leading large teams, multi-unit operations, or high-impact projectsÂ
Exceptional decision-making, planning, and analytical skills with a track record of achieving measurable business goalsÂ
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities to lead change and influence outcomes across all levels of the organizationÂ
Adept at navigating ambiguity and adapting leadership style to dynamic business needsÂ
Proven ability to build and maintain inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work environmentsÂ
Skilled in budget management, workforce planning, and process optimizationÂ
Experience with CRM systems, analytical tools, and player contact management platformsÂ
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiar with analytics tools and business intelligence platformsÂ
RequirementsÂ
At least 21 years of ageÂ
High School Diploma or Equivalent requiredÂ
Bachelor’s degree in Casino Management or related field preferred Â
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalÂ
Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyÂ
