The Talent Enablement Leader is responsible for developing and executing an integrated talent strategy that builds leadership capability, strengthens organizational performance, supports business growth, and drives employee engagement across Envision’s clinical and clinical support workforce. This leader oversees enterprise-wide programs including goal setting, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development to ensure alignment with business priorities and long-term organizational health.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Talent Enablement Leader serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and plays a key role in shaping how the organization develops and retains its people. This role contributes to Envision’s ongoing transformation by supporting organizational design efforts and leading the change management strategies required to embed new ways of working and build a strong, values-driven and performance-oriented culture.Â
The Talent Enablement Leader partners closely with HR Business Partners, Operations, and leaders across the business to embed consistent, scalable talent practices that drive engagement, readiness and performance. Through this work, the leader ensures that the organization is equipped to grow, adapt, and perform in a complex and ever-changing environment.
