The position involves reaching out to cold leads and booking qualified meetings for clients' sales teams.
The role offers a base salary of €12 per hour, with potential on-target earnings exceeding €3,000 per month through commissions.
While prior experience in sales or booking is a plus, it is not mandatory; strong communication skills and self-discipline are essential.
Candidates must be native or fluent Dutch speakers and have access to a quiet work environment with stable internet.

What you'll do:
Reach out to cold leads (B2B)
Book qualified meetings for our clients' sales teams
Represent innovative tech brands in SaaS, AI, and software
Work fully remote – from anywhere you like

What we offer:
€12/hour base salary
€40–€60 per booked qualified meeting
On-target earnings of €3,000+ per month
Uncapped commission – the more you book, the more you earn
Sales scripts, training & tools provided

Requirements:

Native or fluent Dutch speaker
Comfortable with outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Solid communication skills and self-discipline
Access to a quiet work environment, stable internet, and headset
Experience in sales, SDR or booking is a plus – but not a must
