While prior experience in sales, SDR, or booking is a plus, it is not mandatory, but strong communication skills and self-discipline are essential.

What you'll do:

What we offer:
€12/hour base salary
€40–€60 per booked qualified meeting
On-target earnings of €3,000+ per month
Uncapped commission – the more you book, the more you earn
Sales scripts, training & tools provided

Requirements:

Native or fluent Swedish speaker
Comfortable with outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Solid communication skills and self-discipline
Access to a quiet work environment, stable internet, and headset
Experience in sales, SDR or booking is a plus – but not a must
