Working in a high-performance wealth management firm, this position provides sustainable, consistent operational and technical support to a direct-client team. The role is central to delivering accurate, suitable, and compliant investment advice while taking ownership of ongoing administrative processes.

The position supports the end-to-end client journey through detailed portfolio analysis, documentation preparation, and platform transaction management. You will operate in close alignment with leadership, operations, and compliance teams to ensure investment actions are implemented efficiently and aligned with established service standards.



Requirements

  • Take ownership of client onboarding, investment administration, switches, dis-investments, beneficiary updates, FICA requirements, and provider follow-ups.

  • Gather and verify client information including objectives, risk profiles, existing portfolios, cash flows, and tax considerations.

  • Perform technical calculations, portfolio analysis, product comparisons, and evaluations relating to tax, capital gains, fees, and asset allocation.

  • Prepare investment proposals, written recommendations, and Records of Advice (ROA) for review and approval.

  • Source quotations, fund fact sheets, and technical data from approved product providers.

  • Compile client review packs and prepare documentation for initial, planning, and review meetings.

  • Attend client meetings when required, record decisions, and execute subsequent action items.

  • Manage applications and investment instructions across provider platforms with precise tracking.

  • Maintain accurate client records, advice files, and workflow statuses on internal systems.

  • Monitor client touch-point cadences, flag service gaps, and maintain accurate event and communication lists.

  • Respond to client enquiries promptly, ensuring same-day acknowledgement or action where possible.
