What You Will Do

As a Credentialing Advocate, you will support the credentialing and recredentialing of healthcare providers, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct primary source verification of provider credentials (licenses, education, board certifications, work history)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider records within credentialing systems

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Track expiration dates for licenses, certifications, and malpractice insurance

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare credentialing and recredentialing files for review and approval

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate with providers to obtain required documentation and resolve discrepancies

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support audits, accreditation reviews, and compliance reporting

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Respond to internal and external credentialing inquiries in a timely and professional manner

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform data entry and administrative support related to provider enrollment

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High school diploma or equivalent

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong written and verbal communication skills

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information


Preferred Qualifications

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Previous administrative, healthcare operations, or data entry experience in the healthcare environment

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with credentialing software or provider databases (MP3, Echo, NOW, CAQH, etc.)

Work Requirements

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be 18 years of age or older

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum of 6 months at a single employer (preferably in healthcare or customer service)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Reliable attendance, including no absences during the first 90 days

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Flexible availability, including weekends if required

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Hardwired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
