Job DetailsJob Location: NJSalary Range: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 SalaryThe Wound Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care and clinical support to the wound care team in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, patient homes, and other clinical settings throughout New Jersey. Under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician, the LPN assists with wound treatments, performs physician-ordered therapies including UltraMIST® Therapy, monitors wound healing, and ensures accurate documentation and coordination of care.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing. Must be licensed in NJ as a Licensed Practical/ Vocational Nurse by New Jersey State Board of Nursing in accordance with NJSA 45:11-23 et seq and NJAC 13:37. One or more years of nursing experience. Hospice experience preferred. Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order. The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
