You’ll be an important first point of contact for our customers, helping answer questions, coordinate services, resolve concerns, and make sure every customer receives a positive experience.
Previous customer service experience is welcome, but we’re also open to candidates with limited experience who are eager to learn. Training and support will be provided.

What You’ll Do
Customer Service
- Communicate with customers by phone and email in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer questions, provide information, and assist customers with service requests.
- Listen carefully to customer needs and ensure their concerns are handled promptly.
Problem Solving
- Identify customer needs and provide practical solutions.
- Schedule appropriate services based on customer requirements.
- Escalate complex questions or concerns to the appropriate management team when necessary.
Scheduling & Dispatch
- Coordinate service appointments and customer requests efficiently.
- Dispatch vehicles and personnel based on location, urgency, availability, and customer needs.
- Help ensure service teams are properly routed to customer locations.
Documentation & Data Entry
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions.
- Enter and update customer information in the company’s customer management system.
- Ensure information is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Product & Service Knowledge
- Learn about our products and door services so you can confidently answer customer questions.
- Stay informed about available services, procedures, and scheduling requirements.

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
