What You'll DoÂ
The Contingent Professional Learning Coach delivers high-quality professional learning in both virtual and in-person settings, supporting educators in the effective implementation of HMH programs.Â
Training and CoachingÂ
• Deliver engaging professional learning aligned to assigned programsÂ
• Facilitate sessions in English and SpanishÂ
• Maintain availability for a minimum of 10 hours/week of service deliveryÂ
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction metricsÂ
Student-Centered CoachingÂ
• Lead coaching focused on student growthÂ
• Use data to personalize supportÂ
• Connect program implementation to classroom practiceÂ
Account Preparation and DeliveryÂ
• Prepare using district data and goalsÂ
• Communicate with partners and internal teamsÂ
• Deliver virtual and onsite sessions, including travelÂ
Growth and DevelopmentÂ
• Complete training and credentialingÂ
• Build program and pedagogy expertiseÂ
• Engage in continuous professional growthÂ
What You’ll NeedÂ
• Bachelor’s degreeÂ
• 3+ years relevant classroom experience (Math or Literacy)Â
• Fluency in Spanish and EnglishÂ
• Experience facilitating adult learningÂ
• Strong communication and organizational skillsÂ
