Pay: $18.42 per hour
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Minimum of one-year experience in customer service, travel industry, aviation operations or computer applications required
- Valid State driver’s license and acceptable driving record required and
- Must be at least 18 years of age
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of standard office practices and principles
- Knowledge of multiple line telephone. Skills in the usage of other office equipment
- Exceptional customer service, time management and effective communication skills
- Skill in the operation of a computer including Microsoft Office Suite software, FBO/concierge point of sale software
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining the overall goals for the division
- Ability to prioritize and exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations when making decisions
Work schedule:
Saturday 8am-6pm
Sunday 8am-6pm
When needed Monday 6am-11am
