Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks according to the menu and standardized recipes.
Check trays for menu accuracy, diet preferences, and nutritional needs.
Prepare food in accordance with standard recipes to ensure proper consistency for mechanical soft and pureed diets.
Wash dishes and clean the kitchen area following meal service, ensuring all items are put away properly.
Provide all dietary services safely and adhere to proper infection control measures.
