THE JOB:

As a Gourmet Food Runner for Sadelle's Cafe at Bellagio, you will be responsible for providing excellent service throughout the dining experience by flawlessly delivering customer orders, maintaining tables, and consistently exceeding guest satisfaction. Collaborating closely with the service team in our vibrant, high-energy dining room, you will seamlessly coordinate the transport of our signature dishes and towers, execute essential station duties, and maintain immaculate cleanliness, setting the stage for an exceptional, world-class resort dining experience that creates lasting WOW memories for every guest. 

THE STARTING RATE: $14.5047 Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Welcome guests with a warm and relevant greeting, utilize your knowledge of menu, guest preference, service and selling techniques to guide selections

• Knowledgeable of all menu items, prices, preparation method and time, major ingredients and quality standards of taste, appearance, texture, serving temperature, portion size, garnish and method of presentation

• Be familiar with all hotel services, features and local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately

• Maintain table cleanliness and utilize a silent service approach

• Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

• Work as a team, assist guest and employee needs and inquiries

• Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work Varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• 4+ Years of prior relevant experience as a Food Runner in a high-volume, upscale, or luxury restaurant environment preferred
