Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Hourly Pay Range
$29.00 – $33.00 per hour (DOE)
LVN Job Duties
- New graduates welcome who have a passion for working with seniors
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Follow instructions, demonstrate strong trainability, and implement care plans
- Make independent decisions using sound judgment and critical thinking
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders
- Complete patient documentation using electronic health record systems
- Manage care for patients with acute and chronic conditions
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Required License or Certification
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Active and in good standing
