 The role:  

As NurseryHousekeeper, you will help maintain the highest standards ofcleanliness and hygiene throughout the nursery. Responsibilities include: 

• Cleaningand maintaining playrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communalareas 
  
• Sweeping,mopping, dusting, sanitising surfaces, and emptying bins 
  
• Cleaning anddisinfecting children's bathrooms, nappy changing areas, and high-touchsurfaces 
  
• Supportinglaundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organising nurserylinen 
  
• Assisting withwashing up and maintaining cleanliness within kitchen areas 
  
• Usingcleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately 
  
• Monitoringcleaning stock levels and reporting replenishment requirements 
  
• FollowingHealth & Safety, COSHH, infection control, and safeguardingprocedures at all times 
  
• Supportingperiodic deep cleaning tasks as required 
  
• Workingclosely with the nursery team to ensure a safe and welcoming environment forall 
  

 What we're lookingfor: 

 Essential:  

• Reliable andpunctual

• Takes pridein maintaining high standards of cleanliness 
  
• Positive andproactive approach to work 
  

 Desirable: 

•  Previous cleaningor housekeeping experience 
  
• Knowledge ofsafe cleaning practices and COSHH procedures 
  
• Experienceworking in a nursery, school, healthcare, or similar environment
