Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist & Speech Language Pathologist - PRN

We're looking for PRN Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our skilled nursing team.

What You'll Do

As a PRN therapist, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services to residents in our skilled nursing facility. You'll:

• Evaluate and treat patients according to individualized care plans
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and interdisciplinary team members to maximize patient outcomes
• Complete timely and accurate documentation

What We're Looking For

• Current Oregon license as an OT, PT, or SLP
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
