What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate residents' physical and functional abilities, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve residents' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Educate residents and their families on techniques to enhance functional independence and ensure a safe environment at home.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Current California license as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
