Part-Time Teller (Dededo Branch)

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Teller to join our team at our Dededo Branch in Guam that is robust with career growth and developmental opportunities.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (hours may vary); This role will be scheduled ~25/hours a week on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

As the face of First Hawaiian Bank in our branches, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Personal alignment with our core values – Caring, Character, and Collaboration

• One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling

• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to positively engage with customers

• Attention to detail, ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information

• Sales advisory skills to education customers on products and service
