Description

As our part-time Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in leading by example in patient-centered care, excelling in medication compounding, counseling, and management while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. You train staff to efficiently manage orders and maintain professionalism, optimizing workflow to meet patient demands. Your meticulous attention to quality control guarantees accurate data entry for billing and equipment functionality, ensuring seamless pharmacy operations while upholding compliance with federal and state regulations. You will help us grow and deepen the connection we have internally as a team, and with our patients and our community through empathetically engaging customer service using our Neighborhood Pharmacy high standard of excellence model.

Requirements


路 You possess strong communications, reasoning, organizational and leadership skills as well as a strong customer service orientation with high regard for excellence.聽

路 You are a positive, highly motivated self-starter and a quick learner and thrive in semi-autonomous structures.

路 You have working knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards as well as pharmacy laws and regulations in the pharmacy setting to ensure compliance and ability to use good judgment and discernment.

路 You seek opportunities to learn and grow and showcase our health and wellness impacts through community outreach.

路 Proficient in general computer, Electronic Medical Records Systems (Pioneer Rx experience preferred), Point of Sale Systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe DC, Google Workspaces, HRIS, web-based technologies, HIPAA, and OSHA.
