Schedule: Part-Time or Per Diem
Pay Range: $58–$60 per hour (based on PRN or Full-Time status)

In this role, you will help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence through individualized therapy plans. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, utilize modern therapy equipment, and make a meaningful impact on residents’ quality of life every day.

Requirements

• Valid California Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
• Familiarity with NetHealth and PointClickCare documentation systems is a plus
