Rock Creek Care Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. If you're passionate about helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $41-$47 per hour (DOE)
Location: Rock Creek Care Center
Schedule: PRN / Per Diem – Flexible Scheduling

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
  • Carry out individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
  • Monitor resident progress and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist.
  • Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current California PTA license in good standing.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
  • Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.
