• Providing direct nursing care with attention and professionalism

• Administering medications and treatments accurately

• Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes

• Collaborating with RNs, CNAs, and physicians

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Ohio LPN license

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings preferred
