You don't need any experience to do it. Spanier Bus Service will train you from day one, pay you while you learn, and cover your CDL and endorsements. Walk in with a regular driver's license. Walk out with a Class B CDL, a $24.99 an hour job, and work that actually means something.

PAY

• $24.99 per hour starting
• Paid CDL training with Passenger and School Bus endorsements

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You're the first welcoming adult a student sees in the morning and the last one they see before home. You'll get students to school and back safely, run daily bus inspections, follow your route, and keep the ride calm. We train you on all of it, including how to manage students on the bus.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Valid Minnesota driver's license
• Safe driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical
• Dependable and patient
