We are seeking a聽full-time or part-time Specialty Dental Assistant Floater to support our specialists. In this role, you鈥檒l work alongside a variety of general and specialty providers, delivering exceptional clinical support and flexible coverage where needed.聽

This position requires a聽minimum schedule of three days a week.

Full Time Assistant Pay starts at $26/hour**
Part Time Assistant Pay starts at $23/hour**
**Compensation floors are based on candidate having at least 12 months of Dental Assisting experience, OR, being a Certified Dental Assistant

You are an experienced, highly skilled Dental Assistant with a strong background in oral surgery, endodontics, and periodontics, seeking an opportunity for continued growth and advancement. You efficiently prepare operatories for a wide range of procedures and provide seamless support to dentists, specialists, surgeons, and the rest of the clinical team. Driven by a passion for patient care, you take pride in helping individuals achieve and maintain optimal oral health. You鈥檙e a dedicated team player, eager to expand your skills and excited for the next step in your career

Your Strengths:

路 Assist in the performance of both routine and more complicated surgical procedures

路 Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records

路 Ensure all operatories are equipped with the necessary tools

路 Sterilize dental instruments and tools

路 Prevent the spread of infection and disease by maintaining a surgically clean work environment

Your Skills & Experience:

路 1+ years of experience as a Oral Surgery Dental Assistant

路 Comprehensive understanding of dental instruments

路 Exceptional customer service skills

路 Strong knowledge of computer programs

路 CPR/First Aid certified

路 Radiology certified

路 ALS certified

路 DAANCE certified
