Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time & PRN ($65–$74/hr)

City View Post Acute is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our elite in-house rehabilitation team. We provide a collaborative home where your expertise in cognition, swallowing, and communication directly enhances our residents' quality of life.

The Opportunity

  • Compensation: Premium rates ranging from $65.00 – $74.00

Your Impact & Essential Duties

  • Clinical Evaluation: Assess residents to determine therapy needs, rehabilitation potential, and aspiration prevention strategies.

  • Treatment Innovation: Develop and implement individualized plans to improve functional independence and cognitive-linguistic skills.

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise SLP Clinical Fellows (CFYs) or students and assist in training Restorative Aides.

  • Collaborative Care: Actively participate in Resident Care conferences, Utilization Reviews, and multidisciplinary meetings.

  • Patient Advocacy: Educate families and caregivers on maintenance programs and facilitate necessary DME orders to support independence.

Qualifications

  • Current, valid California SLP License.
