THE JOB: 

Join the team as an Environmental Services Utility Porter at ARIA Resort & Casino, where you’ll help create a clean, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest.  As an EVS Utility Porter, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including general cleaning, waste management, and maintaining the cleanliness of public areas.  Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help us provide a top-notch experience for everyone who walks through our doors. 

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $22.0283 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and engaging service consistently, adhering to S.H.O.W. Service Basics, and strive to exceed guest expectations
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces
• Operate a range of professional floor care and specialized cleaning equipment
• Safely handle and clean biohazardous materials

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of various floor surfaces and experience with professional cleaning equipment preferred
• Experience in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
