Director of Purchasing

The Purchasing Director is responsible for leading and managing all procurement and purchasing activities across the hotel. This position ensures the procurement of high-quality products and services at the most competitive pricing while maintaining compliance with corporate purchasing standards, brand requirements, and operational needs. The role is accountable for inventory control, vendor management, contract negotiations, cost containment initiatives, and ensuring uninterrupted supply of goods and services that support hotel operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive purchasing or procurement experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within hotel, resort, or hospitality operations.
