Key Objectives
Manage procurement activities to meet organizational needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and specifications.
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Responsibilities
Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services in alignment with company standards.
Evaluate supplier bids, proposals, and contracts to secure the best terms.
Prepare and issue purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for audit and analysis purposes.
Coordinate with finance and inventory teams to manage budgets and stock levels.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing in a timely manner.
Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and market conditions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Procurement Buyer or similar role, ideally within the software or technology sector.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance standards.
