Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries via our live chat platform.
- Provide accurate information regarding our services, scheduling, and general company policies.
- Handle sensitive situations with empathy, patience, and the utmost discretion, reflecting our company's core values.
- Troubleshoot client issues effectively and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions within our CRM system.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and client communication strategies.


Qualifications

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably with a focus on live chat or digital communication.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- A genuinely empathetic and patient demeanour, with a passion for helping others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Experience in the healthcare or home care sector is highly desirable but not essential.
