Service Technician - Indiana

Position Summary: 

Provide technical support to Dexter products to distributor customers, service companies and end-user owners of Dexter equipment.

Position Duties:

• Follow policies and procedures for Service Department and Technicians.
• Maintain an organized company vehicle.
• Communicate with customers to find solutions to their respective service and installation needs.
• Travel occasionally up to 75% of the time.
• Take ownership in our business results and your personal wellness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential education, licenses, certifications, skills and experience needed for this position:

• Previous experience in HVAC, Plumbing and/or Electrical industry required
• AA or Technical degree a plus
