Job Summary:**

The Electrician Renewables Rockhound I (Non-Driver) will assist skilled electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems specifically within renewable energy projects. This entry-level position focuses on ground-based support and material handling, contributing to the efficient and safe operation of solar, wind, or other renewable energy installations.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the installation of electrical conduit, wiring, and fixtures according to blueprints and specifications.
* Support the assembly and wiring of solar panels, inverters, and other renewable energy components.
* Handle, transport, and organize electrical materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
* Perform trenching and excavation for underground electrical systems, ensuring proper depth and clearances.
* Aid in the termination and connection of electrical circuits, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, disposing of waste materials properly.
* Learn and adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and relevant electrical codes.
* Assist with troubleshooting and diagnostics under direct supervision.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervising electricians or project leads.

Job Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* Basic understanding of electrical principles and safety.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
* Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
* Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team environment.
* Prior experience in construction or a related field is a plus but not required.
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
* Reliable transportation to and from job sites (non-driver position, but personal commute is required).
