ADFAN - Evaluator

The Evaluator (Social Work) will be responsible for receiving and analyzing cases from the abuse hotline.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Up-to-date License 
• Minimum of one year of experience in Customer Service and/or health-related settings
• Experience with computerized systems
• Orientation and commitment to customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Availability for rotating shifts 24/7, 8-hour shifts (including weekends)
