About the Role
Document Review Analysts will review documents for Personal Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI), and other sensitive data using various electronic review platforms. This position is project‑based, and successful candidates will be considered temporary contingent employees.Â

Position Details
Fully remote work‑from‑home opportunityÂ
Must reside and work from the United StatesÂ
Pay Rate:Â
$20/hour – candidates with a bachelor’s degreeÂ
$22/hour – candidates with a Juris Doctor (JD)Â
Duration varies by project; assignments may range from 1 week to 6 months or longerÂ
Must be able to commit to a minimum of 40 hours/week between Monday and Friday 9 AM–5 PM ETÂ
Overtime may be available depending on project needs and client approvalÂ
Responsibilities
Review documents affected by a data breach for PII, PHI, and other key data pointsÂ
Identify required information in accordance with written and verbal instructionsÂ
Meet coding accuracy and speed expectationsÂ
Participate in required trainings and meetingsÂ
Maintain confidentiality and comply with document handling standardsÂ
Communicate effectively with team members and project leadershipÂ
Accurately track and input hoursÂ
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (eligible for $20/hour)Â
JD preferred (eligible for $22/hour)Â
1+ year of experience with data breach or cyber incident response projects requiredÂ
Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, WisconsinÂ
Basic understanding of PII required; understanding of legal protections for sensitive data preferredÂ
Experience with medical billing/coding or familiarity with medical terminology preferredÂ
Ability to recognize common number sequences (SSNs, DOBs, credit/bank accounts)Â
Experience reviewing documents electronically using platforms such as Relativity, Canopy, and NebulaÂ
Secure home office with high‑speed internetÂ
Computer running Windows 11 (23H2, 24H2, 25H2 or newer) — Windows 11 in S Mode not supported — or MacOS Sonoma (14), Sequoia (15), Tahoe (26) or newerÂ
