Inside Sales Representative - Level 1 (Temporary)

Position Summary

FedData Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a temporary Inside Sales Representative. This temporary position will not exceed six months of service with the possibility of converting to full-time employee. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Level 1 position is an entry level job supporting the FedData Technology Solutions' sales team. ISRs at this level are responsible for end-to-end sales support and are involved in quoting products and tracking sales until they are successfully delivered. While entry-level personnel may not possess prior ISR experience, they are expected to quickly learn and contribute to a high functioning sales team.

Essential Job Functions

• Collaborate with sales staff to close deals.
• Actively engage with suppliers, original equipment manufacturers, and customers.
• Respond to requests for price quotes.
• Track status of orders.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date corporate records.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• While no security clearance is required for this position, candidates should be eligible for clearance.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Comfortable making multiple phone calls and sending multiple emails daily
• A minimum of six months of customer service experience
• A minimum of six months of demonstrated organizational skills through prior employment or educational experience post high school
• Computer literacy and familiarity with office tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and strong desire to learn

PREFERRED

• • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, especially Salesforce
  • Prior Inside Sales or contracting experience
  • Active Security Clearance

Pay Scale:

The salary for this position ranges from $50,000-$70,000

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).

Working Conditions:Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.

Physical Requirements:May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 50 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the work day.

Background Screening/Check/Investigation:Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
